Description

This course is designed to introduce students to leadership skills and help them improve their personal leadership skills and use them in professional life. Topics include the inclusive leadership, leadership skills such as communication, teamwork, conflict manangement, motivation and presentation skills. Student will be expeted to understand and analyze leadership skills with cases and prepare their leadership vision to be influential leaders in society and the prefesstional world. This course will be offered as GenEd. Offered: Spring.
