Description

This course provides nurse practitioner students with an overview of the provision and delivery of sexual and reproductive healthcare. With an emphasis on inclusivity and cultural competence, students will learn to address the unique needs of diverse populations. By the end of the course, students will be equipped with the fundamental knowledge necessary for the provision of sensitive and inclusive reproductive care. Prerequisites: Grade of B or higher in: NR 548, NR 552, NR 505, NR 505L, NR 598, NR 600. Corequisites: None. Offered: Fall, Spring, Summer.
